Seven hours later, at 09:23, it undelegated 500,000 $HYPE, and at 09:41 queued the withdrawal: https://t.co/LQ48Pvb4Hj At 769,605 staked, releasing a clean 500,000 would have dropped the wallet under the 500K HIP-3 requirement and broken the existing xyz bond. The 230,430 deposit exists to make the exit possible without that happening. The wallet now holds 500,035 delegated, with 500,000 in queue. Staked $HYPE cannot move between accounts, and one deployer stake supports one perp DEX, so a second bond requires exactly this: a seven-day clock started in advance while the first bond stays intact.
